Evening Itinerary
5 - 6 pm Friday night HAPPY HOUR
6 - 8 pm Buffet Dinner (with mingling)
A special dinner buffet has been designed especially for us. The price is $45 ($55 if you want Prime Rib). Dinner Buffet includes soup - salad - 5 entrees and sides, rolls and butter and yummy desserts. (See Menu)

8 - 10 pm Mingling, group photos, door prizes, party time!
PLEASE NOTE! Guests WITHOUT reservations may be admitted to the party after 8pm! (space permitting)
There will also be a photographer for the evening to capture all our new memories!

NOTE: Even though there is no UPFRONT cost to you as a guest, the committee has generously contributed their time and dollars to cover additional miscellaneous expenses. We are making every effort to keep these expenses to a minimum, however if you are interested in making a contribution such as a DOOR PRIZE or CASH, we will use them to provide additional surprises for the evening.

Saturday Picnic in the Park

Saturday, October 7th - Whole Family Picnic - EVERYBODY WELCOME!!! Chaparral Park - Central Ramada at Hayden Road and Jackrabbit Road. We have reserved the CENTRAL RAMADA for all day.
Prime time will be 11am to 3pm.
Bring your own FOOD and DRINK. We do have a BEER and WINE ONLY permit and ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS!!!! Don't forget your outdoor games too!
